Single origin dark roast from the Plato Azul (Blue Plateau) farm in Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais, Brazil. This is a natural process, sun dried certified Rainforest Alliance coffee. It’s aroma is of fresh baked brioche buns with caramel and raisins. It has flavors of honey bunches of oats with toasted almonds and black licorice swizzle stick dunked in your cereal milk. This coffee makes an exceptional espresso with lots of creamy crema. Great for French press, pour over and drip coffee makers too.
