Puerh organic black tea. Fermented and aged black tea that contains caffeine. Aromas of saddle leather and potting soil. Brews to a deep, dark coffee color with a reddish tint. Rich, bold and slightly funky. Try sweetening with honey or real maple syrup. Use 1½ to 2 teaspoons tea (4 to 5 grams) for every 8 ounces of freshly boiled water (212˚F/100˚C). Steep 4 minutes.
