Somnambulist organic herbal tea (also known as a tisane) is a calming blend of organic chamomile, organic mint and organic mugwort. This tisane is caffeine-free and can be served hot or cold and drunk for both enjoyment and medicinal purposes. It’s perfect before sleep to calm and soothe. Note – Never use an aluminum pot to prepare a tisane; glass, stainless steel and ceramic are best. Aluminum is a reactive metal and can react with the herbal tea, depending on the plant type, it may also produce a very toxic beverage.

Organic Chamomile Flower is gentle and effective in promoting relaxation and digestive health*. Chamomile is a gentle herb known throughout most of the world which has been used continually for many centuries as an herbal tea. It is often ingested as a tea for calming and to soothe the digestive tract. It is mild enough to be administered to babies.
Chamomile has magical implications for attracting money and as a hand rinse for gamblers needing good luck.
Precautions for chamomile:
Persons with allergies to other members of the Asteraceae family should exercise caution with chamomile. The infusion should not be used near the eyes. Mint: Mint is one of the worlds most popular herbs in tea and is known for its cool refreshing flavor. Mint is high in antioxidants and helps aid digestion. There are no known precautions for mint.
Mugwort: High in vitamin C, often used in traditional medicines as a circulation stimulant and lucid dream inducer.
Precautions for Mugwort: Not for use in pregnancy except under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner.
