By using this website address: https://cosmiccoffeecompany.com, You agree to our Terms and Conditions. Our coffee beans are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do our best to ship the day of or within 3 days of the roasted date to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible. We roast on Thursday and Fridays (closed on Mondays) and sometimes on Wednesdays if we have a high volume of orders. Depending on when you place your order, it will be fulfilled accordingly to achieve our commitment to quality, this means we are not able to accept any returns of coffee beans or loose teas after they have left our production facility. All sales are final so please choose wisely when choosing a grind size. Of course, above all, we want you to be happy with your order! If there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of your order at support@cosmiccoffeeco.com.

We ship all orders priority mail via United States Postal Service. Most orders will be fulfilled in 1-3 days after roasting and arrive approximately 1 – 5 business days after shipping is completed (via an email confirmation). Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days. We are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail. Please double check you’ve entered your shipping and email address correctly! Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification, and order processing. WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL.
