Description
Midnite Train is a hand-crafted all organic half-caff herbal tisane blend of premium organic herbs: pure leaf Yerba Maté, Moringa, Lemon Verbena, Rose Petal and Thyme. Once years ago, when I was visiting my sister in Hungary, we took a train to Szentendre and we stopped in a small café for a tea. I have no idea what that tea was and they only sold it by the cup. So, I created my own version of it. I hope you like it!
- Organic pure leaf Yerba Maté – full of B vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Mild caffeine.
- Moringa is rich in protein, fiber, calcium, vitamin c, iron and potassium.
- Lemon Verbena supports heart and digestive health.
- Rose Petal boosts the immune system.
- Thyme Anti-inflammatory effects.
Note – Never use an aluminum pot to prepare a tisane; glass, stainless steel and ceramic are best. Aluminum is a reactive metal and can react with the herbal tea. Depending on the plant type, it may also produce a very toxic drink.
Many herbs have long standing reputations for various health benefits. However, the ones listed here are considered to be for beverage purposes and enjoyment only and should not be used or considered for medicinal or curative properties. We always recommend that you consult with your physician before using any herbs.
All of the teas and tisanes are blended and packaged in a private commercial kitchen licensed by the State of California and the city and county of Santa Clara.
All the herbs used in our tisane blends are ethically sourced, organic and fair or direct trade unless otherwise noted. For the best tasting tea use fresh filtered or reverse osmosis water. We don’t recommend using a coffee maker to brew tea unless you’re using a French press that has NOT been used for coffee. Distilled, tap and microwaved water are not recommended.
