Refund and Returns Policy

Orders are fulfilled based on our roasting schedule to ensure optimal freshness. This means we are not able to accept any returns of coffee beans or loose teas after they have left our production facility.

All sales are final so please choose wisely when choosing a grind size. Of course, above all, we want you to be happy with your order! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for resolution at support@cosmiccoffeeco.com.
