Eclipse Decaf coffee subscription is an organic seasonal blend of coffees from Ethiopia, Honduras and Indonesia. The coffees are all 100% arabica, certified organic, Fair Trade and pre-blended prior to the Swiss water decaffeination process. Our Eclipse Decaf is great for all brew methods like French press, all artisanal gravity brewers with paper or metal filters with a medium grind (equivalent to table salt) and with finer grinds (like sugar or flour) for espresso machines, moka pots and Turkish pots/ibriks.
