Ethiopia Specialty Coffee Subscription
We are happy to have this 3-star Organic Ethiopian Shade Grown Coffee. Ethiopia Specialty Coffee comes from the Asikana Cooperative. It is a natural process organic and Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center shade grown bird friendly coffee.
We loved this Ethiopia specialty coffee subscription, as a pour over. Ethiopian Specialty Coffee has aromas of creamy lush vanilla and cherry pipe tobacco in a wood panelled library. Flavors of pomegranate, orange, coconut and creamy vanilla.
After letting it rest for about a week, we tried it as an espresso. The natural process gives it a smooth bright grapefruit citrus with an undercurrent of pomegranate, coconut and vanilla. A lot like a Beaujolais wine

It was by way of education this native community developed its value of high-quality organic natural process coffee that Asikana Specialty Coffee was established on. Ethiopian Specialty Coffee stays true to its belief, sustainable development starts from here- the farmers, the community and the land.
