Witch’s Garden Organic Herbal Tisane

Witch’s Garden is a half-caff hand blended all organic herbal tisane of:

• Pure Leaf Yerba Maté
• Nettle Leaf
• Spearmint
• Moringa
• Sage
• Mugwort
• Purple Cornflower

Moringa has many important vitamins and minerals.  The leaves have about as much potassium as a banana and about the same amount of vitamin C as an orange. Moringa also has calcium, protein, iron and amino acids, which help your body heal and build muscle. It’s packed with antioxidants these are substances that can protect cells from damage and may boost your immune system. *       

Pure Leaf Yerba Maté is full of B vitamins, minerals and antioxidants with mild caffeine. *                                

Note – Never use an aluminum pot to prepare a tisane. Aluminum is a reactive metal and can react with some herbs therefore it’s best to use glass, stainless steel or ceramic. Depending on the plant type, it may also produce a very toxic drink.
