Supernova espresso blend makes a stellar espresso on it’s own but can also be used as the base for making your own espresso blend. Try mixing it with some of our single origin coffees; Cafe Femenino Sumatra to add lite acidity and heavier body or Cafe Femenino Mexico Chiapas to add more acidity and less body.
Supernova espresso blend is not just for espresso making. It is great for Drip machines with paper or metal filters, french press, mokka pots, chemex you name it!
Let’s not forget cold brew. For a stellar concentrated cold brew use 90 ounces of filter water for each pound of Supernova (16oz). Steep for 24 hours at room temperature and filter it your way. If you make your own cold brew you have to try it!
