Step into a tea party like no other with our Mad Hatter Organic Herbal Tisane. This vibrant blend begins with the bold, earthy flavor of Yerba Maté, known for its natural caffeine and energizing properties. Next comes a warming twist of spicy-sweet ginger, adding a zesty kick to every sip. Finally, a delicate hint of rosemary slips in, grounding the blend with its herbal depth.
Handcrafted in small batches, this organic loose-leaf tisane is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Whether you’re starting your day or seeking a midday lift, Mad Hatter is a whimsical yet functional brew that awakens your senses and fuels your focus.
- Organic Yerba Maté – A gently caffeinated leaf known for boosting energy, focus, and antioxidant support.
- Organic Rosemary – Aromatic and clarifying, rosemary enhances mental clarity and adds a savory herbal depth.
- Organic Ginger Root – Warming and invigorating, ginger supports digestion and circulation while adding a spicy-sweet kick.
My favorite pick me up blend
Yerba Maté is crafted from the leaves of Ilex paraguariensis, a small tree in the holly family native to Argentina. Naturally rich in B vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and mild caffeine, it offers a smooth, sustained lift. Rosemary, long revered in herbal medicine, is known to support memory and mental clarity. Ginger Root adds a touch of spicy sweetness while promoting healthy digestion and warming the senses.
Possibly my favorite pick-me-up blend—especially when I need to stay sharp and remember a dozen things without jotting them down. I prefer it unadulterated, but a touch of honey or sugar adds a lovely sweetness if that’s your style. It’s also fantastic iced.
Brewing Tip: Depending on how strong you like it, use 1½ teaspoons to 1 tablespoon of tea per 8 oz of freshly boiled water. Steep up to 8 minutes for full flavor and herbal potency.

Preparation Note – Never use an aluminum pot to prepare a tisane. Aluminum is a reactive metal and may interact with herbal compounds—potentially altering flavor and, depending on the plant, producing harmful effects. For a safe and pure infusion, we recommend using glass, stainless steel, or ceramic vessels. These non-reactive materials preserve the integrity of your herbs and honor the ritual of brewing.
Herbal Use Disclaimer – Many herbs have long-standing reputations for supporting wellness. However, the ingredients in this tisane are offered solely for beverage enjoyment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. We always recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using any herbal products—especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
Blending & Packaging – All of our teas and tisanes are thoughtfully blended and packaged in a private commercial kitchen licensed by the State of California and by the city and county of Santa Clara. This ensures every batch meets rigorous standards for safety, cleanliness, and quality—so you can sip with confidence.
Sourcing & Brewing Guidance – All herbs used in our tisane blends are ethically sourced, certified organic, and fair or direct trade—unless otherwise noted. We honor the farmers, ecosystems, and traditions behind every leaf. For the best-tasting infusion, use fresh filtered or reverse osmosis water. We do not recommend using a coffee maker unless it’s a French press that has never been used for coffee. Avoid distilled, tap, or microwaved water, as these can dull the flavor and energy of your brew.
